Returning (which was my biggest fear) was simple and expedient. I was charged ONLY for the cost of my rental. Amazing!!! ✅.
What a awful experience this has been! The men at the Wickliffe location are extremely rude! I have never dealt with such poor customer service. The car I received was not checked before they lended it to me. I ended up exchanging it at another location because I did not feel safe driving it. I brought my exchanged car back to the Wickliffe location and once again was treated terribly. I am very disappointed with this experience! The men that work behind the counter have no customer service skills and are lazy for telling me the customer needs to vacuum the car before bringing it back!
I will definitely rent from this store the next time I need a rental. ✅

The car was a nice new Nissan. Clean interior and exterior. ✅

I had my doubts. I always hate renting vehicles because it's usually 'a catch' and so many additional charges.
I drove almost 75 miles and only used 1.12 gallons of gas. ✅
Person at front desk was rude during both pick-up and drop-off. Car was not cleaned before we got it, as we found several items belonging to other people in it. Did not inspect vehicle when it was returned, and actually called later to have us come vacuum it or they were going to charge $50 to vacuum. Every other company I have rented from vacuums and checks cars in between customers, apparently not this one. I would be wary if you're considering renting from them. I certainly never will again. Bad service, were not clear about expectations from the beginning, unclean cars, and outrageous fees.
