at your own personal stuff at your own house, then be more careful of other people's things. Test it as if these were you possessions. Overall there pretty good at what they do.
I work for BEM, and I can say first hand we are professional, clean, and fully equipped to do any job. I've been a mover for over 10 years and have been an employee at BEM for 1 yr, and already I feel like I'm family. I'll definitely be here for 10 more yrs!

Great experience! When I first called, I talked to Spencer. As a salesperson, I REALLY appreciated talking to another sales professional who knows how to handle a phone lead. After quoting me a better price than the competition AND scheduling the move for a time that was most convenient for me, he sent an email enumerating EXACTLY what we had discussed.
I hired these guys 4 times. Twice with my mom's house in and out of the loss storage unit and twice all my stuff. I had 5 guys for 7.5 hours loading and unloading. Thank God the houses were not far from each other. This last time Josh and his crew didn't take long. NMostly, it was a good move the last and final time. Only thing that bothered me was not being gentle with some of computer equipment. I paid you folks alot of money. Also this past time, some of the had an attitude about wanting to go home. I didn't care for that. Look it at from a customers perspective....if you do that@
They were (1) Early, (2) pleasant, (3) quick & efficient. They took great care of my things & were happy to follow my (somewhat OCD) instructions.
I hope I don't need a moving company again anytime soon, but if I do, I won't call anywhere else. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Bright Eyed Movers to anyone else who needs their services!

i had a move scheduled but the truck never showed and when i called the office..they said they would check on the truck but i never received a return call ...I wish i could give them less than 1 star
