Need new staff charged us for 4 rooms when we had 3 and tried saying he didnt

Wasn’t impressed. Bathrooms (both public and the room’s) were gross. Hallways were missing ceiling tiles and were incredibly hot. The front desk was incredible slow and if you called would put you on hold until you hung up. Breakfast was crowded because the breakfast area was very small for the size of the inn. Not going back any time soon.
Missing ring Jus checked out here at 11:00am tried calling and no one answered so I had to rush back to let them know I left my ring in the drawer when I got here the guy ask was my ring gold and I said yes then when I got to the room the drawer was already open and the housekeeper claim she didn't open it even though the whole room was stripped and the housekeeper claimed after the worker called her multiple times she had went to the basement to get tissue and came back up minutes later to the front desk and then she told them they can check her pockets of course after she been gone for so long. It's suck because I got that ring from my dad before he passed and his memorial is coming up oct 7th I just shouldn't have stayed here and left my ring in the first place because I probably want get it back and this housekeeper will be long gone living her life while I'm missing something special my dad gave me none of the workers or managers check the rooms themselves I had to put in a police report I really thank wickliffe police for helping because no one else did they just let her walk around the whole hotel before coming to the front desk to confront the issue and she did nothing but lie about the small things simple as she did open the draw and said she didn't . So everyone please don't make the same mistake I did and leave behind anything because they will discribe your item to you and then say they don't have it
Renovated rooms, nice and welcoming lobby. only downside, it does not have elevator which wasnt big deal for us. Pool was nice and warm
