The lady that helped us was nice but seemed rushed. She transferred the title into my name but put my name on the title backwards! We didn't realize that until we got to the license bureau and by then the title place was closed . We then drove all the way to next license bureau who said they were open until 2pm. When we got there they were actually closed since 12:30! The problem with these agencies is that they treat people horribly and do not take pride in their work. It's a detailed oriented job and that means you have to make sure you do things correctly. This has been an inconvenience all the way around. I would never go back to this place and it cost me double.
