The elderly woman in reference named Joanne is incredibly rude and unhelpful! Any time you request her assistance she rolls her eyes and makes it clear you're putting her out. Anytime she's required to remove her butt from her chair or take her eyes off of her computer she demeans you and disrespects you.
Always a friendly experience! I have 2 boys under 10 and they love it there. From the computers and activities, to a chance to play w toys w other kids up there, its a great place. And if I had more time I'd love to enjoy the adult programs. The children's programs are a great after school activity, especially in the colder months!
Not happy with the new director who fired my daughter after 7 years. Yes my daughter is disabled. Boo!
It may be small but its a lovely library and they have alot to offer from books to movies to programs for the city. The ladies are always nice and remember you. The recent upgrades have made it looks really great. Been going there since I was a kid.
