Bill and his crew do a great job. I know my vehicles are in good hands. I trust them. My most recent visit was for my son's Civic. He's taking the car to California, and I wanted to make sure it was in good condition. Bill could have upsold me on anything, because my main concern is my boy's safety. But that's not how he does business. Bill told me it only needed an oil change and a cabin filter. He didn't even rotate the tires unnecessarily. Who doesn't want to do business with someone like that?
You can't possibly find better customer service then here! I guarantee it! Twice now these guys have helped me out and both times they went out of their way to make my experience absolutely spectacular! I've never seen a crew work so hard to figure out the problem and fix it! The manager of the place, Bill, is one of the nicest guys I've ever dealt with. He genuinely cares about his customers and about giving them whatever help they need. The prices for the service are great too. I'll never go anywhere else again! If you need any kind of car repair just call and talk to Bill Snow the manager and you'll see what I mean about the kind of really great service this place provides!
We had or van in for the check engine light and the serpentine belt was squealing. Bill's team replaced a sensor, serpentine belt and tension pulley. Nice and quiet now and no check engine light.
